THE PURSUIT OF THE GRAND SLAM:
PRIVATE FLY FISHING IN SIAN KA'AN
Tailored expeditions in a UNESCO World Heritage site. Pristine waters, expert local guides, and the ultimate saltwater challenge.
Not a Lodge
YOUR OWN PRIVATE FLATS HOUSE.
Most fly fishing in Sian Ka’an means sharing a room, a boat, and a dock with strangers. Casa San Juan is rented in full — one group, one house, 900 meters of private beach, and your own dock on the lagoon where your guide picks you up directly. No transfers between boats. No other guests. No compromises on privacy.
And it can start the moment you land. Add round-trip airport transfers and a private chef, and we’ll arrange it all as one all-inclusive-style package — you just fish.
MUCH MORE
THAN JUST A PLACE TO SLEEP
Included in the rental: private pool · water sports equipment (kayaks and paddle boards) · housekeeping service.
Available as an add-on: private chef with a custom menu and dinners under the stars · professional massage.
5 SIMPLE STEPS:
1.- We pick you up at the airport (Cancún or Tulum)
2.- Direct transfer to Casa San Juan — no red tape, no taxis
3.- Your guide meets you at your own dock
4.- Go out to the flats — bonefish, permit, tarpon, snook
5. You return to the house, not a shared room
